Read File
Reads a File's contents, up to 256 KiB at a time: text and JSON as UTF-8, other files as base64. Read longer text in pages: pass offset and max_bytes, then next_offset while has_more is true. Larger non-text files need download_file or download_room_file.

Signed-in user's Supabase access token. Workspace-scoped operations also require SMB-Workspace-Id.
